*During the class, participants will make one dish and one fermented food product.
The menu will vary depending on the season.
For example, as shown in the photo, we may make “nabeyaki” and “shoyu no mi” (fermented soybeans seasoned with soy sauce).
Miso-making is available only during the winter season. Homemade miso can be taken home.
